Unable to create Manifest file for MS Teams Integration with ServiceNow

For ServiceNow Integration with Microsoft Teams, most of the configuration is done and need to create a Manifest file to download and upload in MS Teams. But facing an issue in creating the manifest file as it shows an error "Missing Application Registry record" even when we have the record.
Attaching the screenshots as well.
Need help from anyone in creating the manifest file without facing the issue.

Solution: Shouldn't modify the OOTB Application Registry which got created on Authorizing the apps from"Install Azure Apps".
If modified, revert back the changes and you will not see the issue

I am running into the same issue. I reinstalled the apps and application registry was never updated. Still i am getting the same error. You know what is the possible solution?
