Unable to download attachment for end user in a catalog item

Hi,

I have a link in the catalog item which points to an attachment from the sys_attachment table. When the user clicks on that link the attachment will be downloaded. This is working for the admin users but not for the End Users. Need some help to resolve this issue.

Check the acls for sys_attachement table.
