Unable to edit ServiceNow Roles for User even after having Admin Access.
Unable to see below Role :-sn_cd.content_admin.
Please guide me on the same to view Organization chart in ServiceNow?

Once you open the roles slushbucket on the user in question, are you able to move the role back and forth, then save? Also, make sure that you do indeed have Admin access. If you were just recently given Admin access, you may need to log out and back in for it to take affect.

@VIKAS45 The role "sn_cd.content_admin" is part of "Content publishing (sn_cd)" plugin.
So install the plugin first from and then you will get the role in the roles list.
To install plugin:
1. Go to "System Definition > Plugins" module
2. Search for sn_cd
3. Open content publishing plugin and click on install
