Unable to Find Microsoft Teams Spoke Plugin in My PDI

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams.

 

Scenario:

Whenever an Incident, Task, or Change is created, I want the assigned user to receive a direct 1:1 Teams notification, not a channel message.

 

I also want to know which plugins are required for this integration because I am not able to see them in my personal developer instance.

 

Could you please guide me on:

 

Plugins required for MS Teams integration

I know that Microsoft Teams Spoke is required, but in my Personal Developer Instance I am not able to find this plugin in the Plugins section.

Is this plugin not available for PDIs, or is there any other way to activate it?

 

Any recommended approach for sending 1:1 user notifications to Teams
