Unable to find "synchronous" option in ServiceNow instance

Hi all.

I am trying to follow this documentation (Documentation Link)

I am not able to see any "synchronous" check box in my configuration setting options:

Anyone who can help me out with this? How to view the Synchronous option?

Right click on context menu

Config --. Form Layout 

and bring it on form. 

 

or change the view if available and check.
