Unable to get email notification when incident is created or changed

Hello, 

 
I have not been able to receive email notifications when incidents are created or changed in ServiceNow. I tried to enable email notifications in email properties and give permissions as well still not getting emails. please help me with this issue.

Greetings!!

Are you trying this in PDI?

Check the user account, email field not empty.

Check email properties 

Check sent email, is email logs getting created there or not.

Last but not least, check is email notifications are active and having a valid conditions and recepitents.
