Changing labels of options in ask bob

I want to change a name of an option in ask bob (which is a topic in VA also) from report an issue to report an incident , I have already tried by going to categories in VA within navigator and changed the name there still it is not reflecting when I am using ask bob through employee center.

I created a flow in VA designer , that flow is reflected as Report an issue option within ask bob , i want to change its name to report an incident 

this is an option within ask bob
