Unable to install/activate plugins, 'Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running:'

When I go to System Definition / Plugins I hve the following error and the screen is continually refreshing: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for com.glide.domain.msp_extensions.installer.

The plugin that is reported as still running was activated about 2 weeks ago. I have tried to clear the cache but not joy.

HI,

Can you try in some other Browser and check if the issue still persists? If not then navigate to developer.servicenow.com and then click on Manage Instance and then click on Refresh Status to see if that solves your issue as shown below:

Or Last option would be to click on Action button shown above and then click on "Reset and Wipe" instance.

Hi,

 

The 1st 2suggestions didn't make an y difference so we we went for the Reset & Wipe option. Once back up, we added the Domain plugin again and this time it completed correctly.
