Unable to load Business Applications in Dev

Whenever I try to access Business Applications by following these steps:

I receive `Security constraints prevent access to requested page`. Additionally on first load I receive this error:

Please check the below items one by one to identify the exact issue:

1. Type cmdb_ci_business_app.LIST in the application navigator, check if the list view of the table is coming or not, if not then check your access and validate if the table exists in the instance. 
2. If the table exists and you have proper access to see the list view of the table, then check if anyone customized the Application navigator's module "Business Application" or not.
