Unable to Load Developer Portal – "Loading" Loop and 500 Error

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue accessing the ServiceNow Developer Portal. After logging in, the site gets stuck on the "Loading" screen indefinitely.

In the browser console, I'm seeing repeated messages like:
- "No XSRF token supplied in snHttp construction"
- "Could not initialize Auth Page - Instance Info not populated"
- A 500 Internal Server Error when requesting: /api/snc/v1/dev/instanceInfo

I have already tried the following:
- Cleared cookies and cache
- Used Incognito mode
- Logged in from a different browser
- Verified it works for other user accounts

It seems to be specific to my account. Could you please assist in resolving this?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

I'm assuming the ServiceNow Developer website (https://developer.servicenow.com/) loaded for you BEFORE you logged in? I was able to load the website BEFORE logging in AND AFTER logging in. I did see a banner message about recent scheduled maintenance but we are now outside that window. Are you able to try again?

Developer Portal site will be down from 2025-05-16 20:00:00 PST to 2025-05-16 21:00:00 PST due to scheduled maintenance.

Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, the website loads *before* I log in. The issue only occurs *after* logging in — the portal stays stuck on the "Loading" screen.

I tested this again just now (after the maintenance window), in both regular and Incognito mode, and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

Other accounts on the same browser work fine, so it seems to be isolated to my developer account.

Thanks again!
