Unable to load VA or Topic Designer for VA. It shows page not found. There haven't been any changes made, how do I troubleshoot and fix this?

Is this a PDI? Coz I have a similar problem.
Anyway, have you tried Updating the plugin by going to Conversational Interfaces -> Home -> Update Plugin...?

It was my org's DEV instance. I updated the plugin and cleared All time cache, history etc. Just clearing cache doesn't work. Although I am still not sure what caused it to break in the first place. What ServiceNow Support suggested was to just clear cache, no real solution or cause of it was provided.
