Unable to log in pdi

Hi Everyone,

Today I logged in my pdi , selected "start building" and get the following error that my password needs reset. Any ideas of how to do this. I selected "click here" but it brings me back to the log in page. Any ideas

@Gemma4 For some reason start building link is broken since last two days and it is not populating the password on the login page correctly. The alternative here is to manually enter your password on the login page, if you do not remember your password then try to reset it

If your's is an auto generated password then you can also search within your email (one which is used for signup on developer.servicenow.com) with subject 'Personal ServiceNow developer instance now available', this email has your user id and password already mentioned which you can use to login on your instance.

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and click on your name in the top right corner. This will bring you to below page where you can click "Manage instance password".

Hi @Gemma4 ,

 

Go to the page where you could see start building button. There on the top right corner click on your profile. Once clicked u will get an option to manage instance password. Reset from there.

You should be able to login.
