Hi @CarolMa6 ,

issue is related to viewing Dashboards is adding the public role to the user's roles that are returned in the scripted check to make sure the user only has the sn_walkup.walkup_login and snc_internal.

Hi @Anand Kumar P

The "sn_walkup.walkup_login" role is assinged the snc_external which is according to documentation and it should work. a user with this role should access the walkup portal but that's not happen. The below customer feedback roles shouldn't be there how do I remove these two roles?

I tried to create a user with only the "sn_walkup.walkup_login" the other roles get added automatically.

Hi @CarolMa6 ,

Did you tried to impersonate with walk-up user.

You will not edit because inherited true

1. Navigate to the "sys_user_has_role" table .

2. Filter the results down to the username affected.

3. Export the list as an XML file.

4. Using your XML editor of choice, locate the "<inherited>true</inherited>" entry and replace it with "<inherited>false</inherited>".

5. Save the changes and import the XML file back into the sys_user_has_role table.

6. You should now be able to freely delete the roles from the user.

If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up👍.
