I have a custom table extending from cmdb_ci and I have column for which I want to enforce unique constraint. I have followed the ServiceNow documentation and made the necessary changes. As soon as I click on 'Save' or 'Update', the 'Unique' checkbox is unchecked.
The custom table is newly created table with no records inserted so there is no question of duplicate values present in the said column.
Is this a known ServiceNow bug? I have seen this question being asked on the community a long time ago but with no accepted solution.
