I'm using Attachment variable in my record producer, if I'm uploading the attachment in the variable. after submitting the record from the target record i'm unable to open the attachment from the variable editor.
Is this OOTB behavior of attachment variable? or how to fix it.
As far as I remember when i started using this variable long back this working.
Thanks

ACL creation won't lead to attachment deletion.
what's the ACL script doing?
Since this is OOB and if you are sure what's the fix then you can proceed.

Yeah, intially I thought attachment is getting deleted, apparently it's not giving read access on that attachment to users since acl condition is based on table name, as mentioend.

Does it have admin overrides checkbox uncheck?
Even for admin the variable is not seen?

that could be 1 reason.
Ideally only the correct role user should have read access to that document.
You can discuss this with your customer and based on that either deactivate that OOB acl or raise a HI ticket.
