Unable to open ServiceNow NowLearning Portal

Anyone else facing issues with ServiceNow NowLearning portal. It's not working for me since last 16 hours. Once i enter the OTP, only  a blank page appears.

 

Tried Incognito, Cleared Cache but nothing worked.

Hey,
Yes this happened with me too. When I opened the ServiceNow University home page, it was just showing the clock icon. What I did was, instead of opening from the homepage, I directly searched the course on Google.

For example, I searched “Now Learning + [course name]” and then clicked the link. From there I was able to access the course directly without any issue.

So maybe try that as a workaround until the homepage problem is fixed, also  it might be a cache or browser-related problem. Please try accessing it in a different browser, incognito mode, on a mobile device to see if the issue persists.

Yes, I’ve seen this happening before. Usually it’s not browser cache but an issue at the Now Learning side itself. Few things you can try:

  1. Test in a different browser (Edge/Firefox if you used Chrome).

  2. Disable any ad-blockers or VPN if running.

  3. Try login via private window + different network (mobile hotspot).

  4. If still blank, raise a case with Now Learning support (bottom of portal → “Contact Support”).
