Unable to post the Worknotes when added one integration in Integrations tab ?

Hi All,

 

I am unable to post Worknotes. 

There was Test1 integration present in "External Systems Integrated" of Integrations tab and Worknotes was getting posted by clicking on Post button.

 

But I noticed, when I have added one more integration (Test2) in "External Systems Integrated", from then WorkNotes are not getting posted while clicking on Post button and "Filter Activity" window is not getting populated.

 

@Dr Atul G- LNG : any insight on this issue please?

Hi @Virendra K 

 

Wired behaviour. IS any ACL or BR blocking number 2, if you change the place 2 - 1 and then check, it will tell issue with 1 or 2 or in othe rlogic.
