Rename a dot walk field available under impacted user interface agent workspace

Hi team,

I am trying to make one field under impacted user in agent workspace.That field I am making available on doing two level dot walk from a field named "business view" which is a reference field in user table.

Now under impacted user that dot walk field is coming as "parent" . But I want to rename with "business line".

Please help me how to achieve this.

I doubt we can rename or try to check in dictionary override tab of same.

The field you bring via dot walk, right click and configure dictionary. Scroll down and you will get tab called Override and there you can check.

We cant change label

Administrators can override these aspects of a field:

  • Reference qualifiers
  • Dictionary attributes
  • Default values
  • Calculations
  • Field dependencies
  • Default column display values
  • Mandatory and read-only status
