Unable to Receive promotional and swags after account merge

Hi All, 
I am facing a weird issue with my community account. I am not able to receive emails related to the challenges, swags. I have actively participated in the CreatorCon challenge, HacktoberFest(Top 10%), Creator Studio Challenge, my all peers have received their swag emails but I have not. Previously I was thinking I am not selected but last year I got all emails swags then I noticed that I have merged my company account to personal account and after that only my account is having some technical issue. 
Could anyone please give me some directions how I can get this issue resolved. I have tried to reach out to Now Learning team but they are saying you need to reach out to community platform only.

I think this seems to be issue with the community account, this should be handled by accounts management team.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG , 
I tried reaching @Earl and also slack channels but no response. 
Is there any other way I can raise this query to Servicenow Support as I am sure there is some problem with my account level after merge, I tried using NowLearning platform but they support only for Learning site not for developer site.
