Dear ServiceNow Developer Support,
I need help recovering my old Personal Developer Instance.
Old PDI: dev227499.service-now.com
Current PDI: dev316394.service-now.com
Username: admin
Developer account email: sreeja10kotha@gmail.com
My old PDI contains my Employee Onboarding & Offboarding System project. The instance still opens to the login page, but I no longer have the admin password. My Developer Portal now only shows my current instance (dev316394), so I cannot reset the password for dev227499.
Could you please:
Reattach dev227499 to my Developer account, or
Reset the admin password for that PDI so I can recover my project?
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
Sreeja Kotha

Thumb rule: Once a PDI is taken back, there is no way that you can restore it or recover any data or access that was lost. There is also no support available for PDI recovery.
So, please make sure you are fully prepared before taking back your PDI, and always keep a backup of anything important.
