Unable to Request Personal Developer Instance as Required by SNAF Additional Practice

Stuck, unable to request a Personal Development Instance (PDI) required for Service Now Adminstration Additional Practice.

Instructions say:

  1. From the Developer site, select Sign In.

  2. You will be prompted to sign in with your ServiceNow ID. Enter your ServiceNow ID credentials, then select Sign In.

  3. Select Request Instance.

The problem is there is no way request the instance. No button. 

 

If you can assist me solving this problem, i will be grateful.  If I figure it out, I will post that information here. so your time will not be wasted.  Thank you.

When I signed in three minutes ago, to look at my profile, most of the items in my profile were grayed out. Then, they seemed to be building over the next minute or so, changing to active links, and my instance seems to be available

While the instance was seeming to be built, I found this guide for the Personal Developer Instance. Now I feel I have the information needed to really get to work with the instance.

the 1st screen shot says that you already have PDI and you need to start using it. click on

and it will take you new page where you can login with your username and password . You can username and password from

I am sorry I was not more clear in the post you are responding to.  The problem starting this thread was solved when I wrote that post.  I was trying to explain that.
