Unable to Request Personal Developer Instance as Required by SNAF Additional Practice

Stuck, unable to request a Personal Development Instance (PDI) required for Service Now Adminstration Additional Practice.

Instructions say:

1. From the Developer site, select Sign In.

2. You will be prompted to sign in with your ServiceNow ID. Enter your ServiceNow ID credentials, then select Sign In.

3. Select Request Instance.
   

   

ACTUAL RESULTS

Signin to Developer.servicenow.com

The problem is there is no way request the instance. No button. 

If you can assist me solving this problem, i will be grateful.  If I figure it out, I will post that information here. so your time will not be wasted.  Thank you.

 you already have an instance, hence you cannot request a new instance - just click start building on the front page.

You already have an instance. You can click on start building which will open your PDI.
