Unable to see Dashboard List View Table Column in one of Environment

Unable to see Dashboard List View Table Column in 1st Environment

While I am able to see Dashboard  List View Table Column in 2nd Environment.

2nd Environment has User Preference show.column.header while 1st Environment does not.

 

Please let me know the reason why we are Unable to see Dashboard List View Table Column in 1st Environment?
