Hello,
We refreshed the test instance yesterday. The Mid Sever status is shows down and we would like to manually start the MID Server. However, the “Restart MID” option is missing from the related links. Could someone please advise how to make the “Restart MID” link appear? Thank you

seems to me as credential issue.
Set new password and update that password in config.xml file

Click Generate in above image, copy password and click Save password
Then login to mid server, open config.xml file and set the password there
How do I update the MID Server Configuration Parameter "url"

I do not have access to the MID Server. I will coordinate with the Server Team next week and work with them using your suggestions and provide feedback. Thank you for your help.

After updating the MID Server password, the MID Server is now encountering two unresolved issues:
- The MID Server encryption keys do not match and are no longer valid. To restore proper functionality, the MID Server must be invalidated and revalidated.
- The discovery whitelist file could not be decrypted after synchronization.
