Unable to see the field name and details when i right click on the field in any of the form

When I right click on any of the variable iam unable to see the vale and configure options instead Iam getting the below options when i right click on the variables

How can we check the browser console?

Steps below

In order to open the browser developer tool console,

• Right-click anywhere on the form.
• Click on Inspect.
• Click on the Console tab.

Did you check any onload client script etc is breaking

This is happening for the entire instance.My personal instance as well as the company instance(both dev and test) that I work for.
