I am trying to filter out HR Profiles by one specific field we have called "TOP Available" I only want to see profiles with less than or equal to "80.00" in this field. However, when I make the filter, it is not filtering correctly. Please see screenshot below. It it showing me tons of people who have over 80 in this field.
I also noticed when I was trying to sort by ascending or descending order on this field, that wasn't correct either. This is just a regular string field. Any suggestions?

Convert the field to a 'Floating Point Number' field.

In my view, This is due to string field. Less than will only work for Integer, Floating , dates etc type of field properly not with string. It does filter however you filter has two digit value then 3 value will always be visible as it wont be able to compare.Try to put 100 in your filter and see if it shows right results.
