Hi everyone,
I am logged in as admin with all security roles and cannot see the "views" menu option on Requests but it is visible on Request Item. Any ideas?

Hi @Gemma4,
1) Navigate to System UI --> View rules
2) Add filter with
Table is Request
3) Disable it for some time and check request record. It will show view options in context menu.

Have you checked, is there any View rule configured for Request table?
Try by deactivating view rule on Requests table. View options will be visible.

I'm not sure exactly where you are suggesting I check? I checked the details of the view - see attached and I'm not able to locate any issues.

I checked the ui view rules and we actually had a rule enabled on the request table that was causing the conflict! Thanks so much for the direction.
