Unable to select "Create Record" action in Flow Designer

I'm unable to select my table from the "12 Copy Attachment" create record action even though the record is creating in step 7. However, the action is configured in step 11 to copy attachments to the table in step 5. I need the attachments to copy to both tables from step 5 and 7.

is it both the flow and the table in the same scope?

If not, try to save it where you are, refresh the window and repeat the step, sometimes approach simple as this might help..

Thank you for the feedback, it was great advice. The flow and tables are in the same scope, and refreshing didn't resolve the issue. I ended up moving the action to each specific 'create record' action and that resolved the issue.
