I'm currently building a custom app which has an approval requirement.
Have build the workflow using Flow (migrated over from legacy workflow last year) and all is going fine. Approval and rejection is all good.
However users have a request that when an approver selects "More info required" on the approval request, that the record state move to "further info required". I'm not sure how I want to set the approval state.
Problem I'm having is while I can map out the approval and rejection, I see no options for me to select More Info required as a trigger in the Flow, to then amend the state.

But if I go to the dropdown there is no option for More info

Have you gone to the approval table and the state field and then added your new choice there? I assume you've done some sort of edit because from your last screenshot it is listed below, but then how did it get to that state?
Anyways...if you go to the activity in your workflow, double-click to open, then right click on the word "action" and then choose Configure Choices, you can add your choice there:
I went ahead and did it too so you can see in my screenshot that it's there.
This is for legacy view...
HOWEVER...I went to the flow design and added an approval activity there and see these choices:
So even more show up for the flow designer than in legacy because that's a different type of field, so perhaps that part doesn't apply to you, but this shows that it does show up.

Hi there,
I am facing a similar issue where I can't see 'More Info Required' in the approval state. I went to the sysapproval table and added all the options using the configure choices (state field)but it is still not showing in the approval state options.
In the above solution I was not able to figure out what action is referred to as(please refer to the screenshot) to configure choices.
