Unable to Set Boolean field through Flow designer

I have encountered an issue with a field is not updated through by setting it with the flow designer and value defaults to false. Can someone help me if you have encountered with the same issue.

any other business rule is setting it false again before update?

I have checked

these is no Business rules and onload client scripts configured on that table.

Hi @VasanthReddyP 
We can set the value for the Boolean field using a flow. Please check if there are any other business rules running that might be updating the value.
