unable to show values in ritm while using flow designers, it was showing sysid for list type variabl

I have one variable called "select users" of list type in the catalog.
In flow designer I am trying to map the description to this variable. But it was showing sys id not the name after submitting the request.

Can anyone help me how I can write a script in flow designer to populate those users.
