Hi Everyone,
I'm having trouble with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence. Every time I try to train a solution definition, I keep getting hit with a "Configuration or Network Error" message.
I have a hunch that it might have something to do with the "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url" property, which seems to be blank in my instance. But I'm not sure how to set it up correctly.
I tried finding the system properties under System Definition, but no luck. Can someone please guide me on how to set the value for "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url"? Or any other suggestions on what I could try?
Your help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I followed the article and updated the value for "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url" as advised. However, I'm still encountering the same "Configuration or Network Error" when trying to train a solution definition in ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence.
I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Any further ideas or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help!

I'm encountering the same issue. Could it be that my personal environment isn't suitable for machine learning?
