Hi all
I'm looking for some help with the Entra integration from Flow Designer.
I've added the Entra ID Look Up User action to a flow and set it so that the User ID is passed from the requested item record (it is to automate adding a user to a group). However, when I test the flow it errors:
"Unable to load connection with alias ID: 647bed2793120300dc2d925cf67ffb36 <a href=\"/sys_alias.do?sys_id=647bed2793120300dc2d925cf67ffb36\" target=\"blank\">Open Connection Alias</a>"
However, if I open the action and test it, it behaves as expected and returns user information, which to me shows there is nothing wrong with the alias.
The flow is in the same domain as the Look Up User action and is set to run as System User.
Does anyone have any ideas why it doesn't work from within a flow?
Thanks

Does it work if you just add the action in a new flow? If yes then try republish the flow and clear cache

Hey
Yes, have added it to a new flow and get the same behaviour, only seems to complete properly when running a test from the action itself 😞

Hi @OllyI-B ,
It seems like you don't have endpoint configured in "Connection & Credential Aliases". Could you navigate to All > Connection & Credential Aliases > Find your Alias record by sys_id which is returned in error > Connections related list and validate if a valid connection record with endpoint exists?
If my answer helps then please mark in helpful & accept this solution.
Thanks,
Utpal

Hi
Thanks for your reply. Yes, we do have a valid connection set up:
