Unable to view Assignment group changes in worknotes in RITM and SCTASK

Hi ,

 

Please help me on this issue how to resolve this 

 

I am unable to view changes in assignment group under worknotes. all The filter activity is selected, but there is no assignment group listed in it. I want to see the history of reassignments in RITM as well as Associated SCTASK. Please check

Do you see the activity filter icon as above. If you see, are the fileds selected?

Hello,

 

As suggested any field you want to capture in activity has to be in the activity filter:-

 

First go to the RITM and Task form and check if in the activity you see the Assignment group:-

The assignment group would not be there most probably. So click on configure available fields:-

Bring the assignment group from available to selected and save it.

Then you will have the assignment group changes captured in the activity.

 

You will have to do it for both RITM and SC Task.

Hi, Changes to the fields are usually seen on in the activity filter. Make sure that the field is added to the activity filter.
