Unable to wakeup my instance dev61446

Hi,

I am unable to wakeup my instance dev61446 from hibernate , can some one please help?

You can try one trick i have tried in past and worked for me.

Click on refresh instance and observe on the left side below start building button will be enabled for very short time, you have to click on that.Try clicking 2-3 times you will see that enabled.

Hi @MaheshE ,

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you’re limited to two options:

 

1. wait

2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a new. Note that all configuration that haven’t been backed up will be lost.

@MaheshE There is very little you could do when it come to reinstating a hibernating PDI. Please wait for a day or two and if the instance doesn't come out of hibernation then release the hibernating instance and apply for a fresh instance.

Hi @MaheshE 

 

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
