How to Undo Truncated Word to a Full Word in Service Portal ????

The Caller 'David Mi....' has to Be shown as 'David Miller' as uploaded in the Figure Above

I need the inputs how we can undo the truncated word 'Mi....' into 'Miller' ???

I doubt we can do this, or need to change in CSS  which capturing the name and showing here.

Pls identify the HTML element containing the truncated word and apply CSS to prevent truncation, ensuring the full text is displayed.
