unable to write a script in scheduled script execution

Im new to Service now and i was trying to create a scheduled Script execution. But im unable to write any script in the Run this Script area, It shows " Cannot edit Read only editor". Any idea what is wrong here?

Yes, I have tried clearing instance cache and login/out. i'm trying to create the script in application scope.
