There is an option to display all published topic blocks. If you want to display specific topic blocks in the VA, you can create custom topic blocks and publish them. However, some topic blocks are out-of-the-box (OOB) and come exclusively from plugins.

There is no specific path for this you can check with sort by ,status , topic type and category and also check your virtual agent what are topics that publised they shows on the VA .
