I am trying to understand the ApproverUtils script include "Utility to check if Approvers can read records they are approving. g_approval_form_request is set in the approval_summarizer_default UI Macro."
What would be the best way to allow approvers to read non IT tickets?

in which context are you asking "What would be the best way to allow approvers to read non IT tickets? "?
Basically, a user with an "Approver" subscription is only allowed to see some values of the record he is approving in the moment of the approval itself. Apart from this, such users are not allowed to see these records.
