Unexpected Field Reset When Changing Hardware Status from "In Order" to "In Use"

Hi all,

I’m working with the alm_hardware table, specifically the hardware status field, which includes the options “In Use” and “In Order”

 

I’m encountering an issue:
When changing the status from “In Order” to “In Use,” (I don't need to save even the record) several fields that were already filled in are being cleared. This behavior is not desired. The existing field values should remain unchanged.
Some additional Info. Hardware Asset Management is activated too

I’ve checked for any related client scripts or business rules, but I haven’t found anything so far that would cause this. Please see the attached screenshot.

 

 

 

 



Does anyone know which script or mechanism might be responsible for this behavior?

Thanks for your reply, @Dr Atul G- LNG , but I don’t quite understand. How is this related to the behavior I’m seeing?
I don’t have any issues with CI and asset synchronization mappings. I even tried deactivating everything in the tables you mentioned, but the issue still occurs (see screenshot).
If I change the status from In Stock to In Use without saving, some fields change and new mandatory fields appear. However, I don’t want fields like Company, Cost Center, or Department—fields I already filled out—to be cleared. They should remain as they are.
