Hello Team,
I want to Uninstall MID server from one of the host in AWS cloud. I executed UninstallMID-NT.bat from bin directory, which removed Windows MID server Service running in Windows services. But I still see the program installed under control panel. I try to remove uninstall program from Control panel, but it doesn't removes.
Is there any specific script which I need to execute to remove the program?
Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi, did you stop the MID Server first? If not, stop the MID Server via the Windows Services.
Also see instructions there.
Hope it helps

There's a NOW Support page on uninstalling MID Server. The article is on uninstalling old MID server but maybe it'll resolve the question.

Hello Hitoshi,
Thanks for your reply, but my issue is little different. Please see below.
1) I am able to shutdown the MID server services.
2) I am able to remove the MID server services from the Windows Services list.
3) But I am not able to uninstall the program from the Control panel under install/uninstall program.
4) Even if I have deleted the entire folder, it shows up under installed program in control panel.
Any clue how to uninstall the Program itself?
Thanks.
