Universal request on create request action

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me please. Am working on universal Request. I have created a universal request and then create a request with Ui action.it is not attaching to current universal Request.

the following plugins installed.

  • Universal Request plugin (com.snc.universal_request)
  • Request Management plugin (com.sn_cs_sm_request). 
  • and enabled the property as well-- sn_uni_req.com.snc.ur.request_integration property

Since the REQ was created from a UR in this case, the UR field will be blank, and the Parent field will contain the UR number, as shown in the screenshot below. However, if you go to the REQ and then create a UR (which is not the correct use case), the UR field would be filled.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula 

If it’s a PDI, I would reset the PDI and start again. If it’s not a PDI, then you should log a Now Support case. in my PDI, everything is fine mate.

@Dr Atul G- LNG iam able to attach the tickets.but if you see my screenshot universal request field is blank.please help me on this.
