Universal request on create request action

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me please. Am working on universal Request. I have created a universal request and then create a request with Ui action.it is not attaching to current universal Request.

the following plugins installed.

  • Universal Request plugin (com.snc.universal_request)
  • Request Management plugin (com.sn_cs_sm_request). 
  • and enabled the property as well-- sn_uni_req.com.snc.ur.request_integration property

Hi @Vinya Jakkula 

Since the REQ was created from a UR in this case, the UR field will be blank, and the Parent field will contain the UR number, as shown in the screenshot below. However, if you go to the REQ and then create a UR (which is not the correct use case), the UR field would be filled.

which record is not getting linked with Universal request? INC or PROB ?

Integration of Request Management with the Universal Request application extends the capabilities of Universal Request and enables your employees and agents to create a universal request by submitting a request from a catalog item or record producer. This integration provides a consistent ticketing experience and facilitate inter-department request transfers.

Note: To use this capability, enable the sn_uni_req.com.snc.ur.request_integration property under Universal Request properties in the Universal Request application.

If it's still not working, it's better to log a Now Support case. I’ve already responded to you twice regarding this — try repairing the plugin, and that should resolve the issue.

The category field is marked as mandatory, and the request is being created successfully. However, the issue is that the created request is not being attached to the corresponding Universal Request.

On request table universal request becoming empty.
