Hello Community,
I am currently working on Universal Request functionality, and I have encountered an issue when transferring a request to the HR Global Table.
Despite specifying the HR Global Table in the mapping configuration, the requests are being transferred to the HR Case Table instead.
Here are the details:
Configuration Details:
I have configured the mapping to point explicitly to the HR Global Table in the Universal Request setup.
Issue Observed:
When transferring a request, instead of being routed to the HR Global Table, it is routed to the HR Case Table. After few attempts now it was creating the task but not able to see that number in any HR table.
Troubleshooting Attempts:
I double-checked the mapping configuration, and the correct table (HR Global Table) is mentioned.
I tested with other tables like Incident, incident task, problem, HR benefits tables and for those tables it was working fine.
What could be causing this behavior? Are there additional configurations, such as ACLs, scripts, or flow logic, that might override the target table specified in the mapping?
Looking forward to your insights and suggestions!
Thank you!
