It feels like I've had nothing but problems with Universal Request. My current issue is Global Search. No one except for admins (Admins and Universal Request Admins) can search for Universal Request results other than ticket numbers from the Global Search.
To be clear, text searches on the Universal Request table work for admins, just not non-admins, so the table is indexed. I tried altering the Text Search Groups roles to no avail and I'm having trouble finding anything online to help me. The docs have been useless.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I also updated the Search Sources that Jennifer mentioned below.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

It turns out there were two UR application-specific ACLs that were necessary to resolve this in addition to the Search Source config already mentioned.
ACLs:
sys_search_source
m2m_search_context_config_search_source
Search Source:

Apologies, Jennifer. I have updated those roles as well and didn't mention them in the initial post. It still isn't working, but that was a helpful suggestion.
