I'm preparing for a demo of Universal Task module. I want to outline the types and stumbled upon several questions about types. I'd be thankful if you could reply:
1. Submit Catalog item - should the agent be able to create a request from the Universal Task form? Do you know if it is configurable or do I need to customize it?
2. Checklist - When I assign an agent to the Universal Task and click "ready for work" the checklist items become greyed out. What are the next steps? What does the agent do?
3. Mark when complete - where is the "Mark Complete" button? I checked the UI actions and there is nothing. Should I add a custom one?
