Unparseable number: error

Hi Team, when i created new release phase from the release related list - i get an error Unparseable number: "New Phase number". I can save or submit the new phase and error goes away. Please help me to understand why i get this error or how to fix this so that i do not get that error any more. Thank you

Fixed this issue by creating a new Dictionary overide on the State field for release phase. Currently State field has a Default value of 1 from Task table. So overrided that one using Dictionary overide to the state we want on the phase.
