I'm currently working on the Vancouver release and have a requirement to update related child tickets whenever the parent ticket's state, comments, or work notes are updated. I know that the out-of-the-box (OOTB) business rule "Update Child Tickets" is available in our PDI, but it's not present in my client's ServiceNow instance.
I tried utilizing the same code from PDI but realized that some of the attributes mentioned in the PDI business rules is not present in my client instance such as - child_incidents ... so bit confused.
How can I acheive this requirement? any help would be much appreciated !!

Hi @Sandhya23
Logically, it is OOTB code and must be present in your client instance as well, if it is not there, it means someone already did a customization and now when you try to copy it from PDI it is causing issue
