Hi Team,

we have two custom fields on problem table 1,Country 2 state (both are choice fields) requirement is we have to auto populate impact on problem based on the combination of these two fields customer given the chart of combinations can anyone give me the best solution how to achieve this ..? is it possible to create priority data lookup for custom fields. Or any other solution

Yes, you can use the data lookup, you need to create a matcher table and then make the combinations on same, and the create a new lookup definition.  like we have for priority.

FYI, There is already OOB priority lookup is running on problem table based on impact and urgency.

Just make a copy of that and change the "Matcher field and setter filed".

This is the best way to achieve your requirement.

HI @Runjay Patel  Thank you for your reply if in watcher table which table i need to  select if use the out of the box table in that unable to find out the these two custom fields i am getting only priority impact and urgency these fields in matcher table sharing screen shot for reference
