Update Multiple Records Action not working - no errors thrown

Steps:

Lookup Hardware Records (I can see in Flow Test the correct SYS ids are present)

Update Multiple records (Works only if 1 record on form)

In Flow test I can see a correct list of SYS ids for the multiple records.

Any suggestions?

What are you passing to the condition field of the update multiple action.

If you are using look up records, you will need to iterate over each of them to update the records.

Can you paste a couple of screenshots of the action and the look up configuration.
